I’m glad you’re here

If you’ve found your way here, I’m guessing you are wanting to begin a new healing path. Perhaps you are becoming frustrated enough with life as it is, burned out or depressed with the state of your work, relationships, or inner life.

The good news is, a better life is possible for you, no matter what’s happened or where you came from. Healing yourself, finding more freedom and new possibilities is what I love helping people do.

Meet Julia

Are you finding yourself unsure, upset and frustrated out of nowhere? Perhaps you are achieving what you imagined in life but feeling totally lost at the same time. Or maybe you’re overwhelmed by memories and sensations as you try to navigate life and relationships - so frustrating! It would be easy to want to give up when you feel so overwhelmed. To blame yourself and just try to keep going. But something in you senses there is more life available…

I want to tell you, I’ve been there and life can feel needlessly hopeless when we are caught in our struggles alone. I’ve been through my share of hopeless, dark nights. What I can tell you is that there is hope, even if you can’t feel it now.

Get in touch with me today to begin the process and step into more aliveness, satisfaction and fulfillment.

How I practice

I’m a dedicated psychotherapist committed to helping individuals discover greater freedom, understanding, and a deeper sense of aliveness. In my practice, I prioritize creating a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can feel truly seen, special, and supported. With a blend of mindfulness, client-centered and collaborative interventions, I aim to foster meaningful growth and awareness. Known for my attentive listening and a good sense of humor, I strive to make each session both impactful and engaging, ensuring you feel genuinely understood and valued on your journey to well-being.

My journey has taken me through a diverse set of professions, countries and experiences and I’m glad to say I’ve found my calling with psychotherapy. Informed by my masters training as a Clinical mental health counselor, and steeped in Buddhist, multicultural and human-centered ideologies, I enjoy collaborating with my clients to support their unique evolution and wellness.
